La Cabaña de Sudor, temazcal o inipi es una terapia ancestral poderosa de vinculación con los elementos de la naturaleza: tierra, agua, fuego y aire, que también habitan dentro de nosotros.
Es una de las terapias holisticas integrativas más completas que existen, con grandes beneficios a nivel fisiológico, emocional y espiritual.
? No comas pesado, en la ceremonia original se ofrenda el ayuno, si no te es posible aconsejamos comer solo fruta o algo ligero. Hidrátate bien ?.

The sweat lodge, temazcal or inipi is a powerful ancestral therapy of connection with the elements of nature: earth, water, fire and air, that also inhabit within us.
It is one of the most comprehensive integrative holistic therapies that exist, with great benefits at a physiological, emotional and spiritual level.
?Please don't eat much on Sweatlodge day, in the original ceremony we fast as an offering, if you can't do it, please eat just fruits or something light. Hydrate yourself well.
? ? ?Please bring a bathing suit, a towel, mosquito organic repellant, a bottle of water.
? Please let us know if you take medicines or drugs, have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or any pathological symptom.

Un viaje a través de tus sentidos.
El Cacao orgánico y natural está hecho completamente a mano, siguiendo una especial receta ancestral, es muy diferente del chocolate que se puede comprar en las tiendas.
El cacao ceremonial no contiene lácteos o azúcares en el, para no cortar sus efectos; te hará sentir feliz, agradecido por la vida, con energía y en paz.
Lo tomaremos durante una meditación sensorial, en donde viajaremos entre los 4 Elementos en nuestro cuerpo... un viaje a través de nuestros sentidos, acompañados por música prehispánica y medicina.
Es muy importante definir una intención a trabajar durante la ceremonia, el Cacao nos ayudará a comunicarnos más fácilmente con nuestras emociones y sentimientos, ya que aumentará la conexión entre corazón y mente (estimula la glándula timo, arriba de nuestro corazón y la glándula pineal y pituitaria en nuestro cerebro). Nos hará más fácil sentir, expresar y pensar lo mismo, para poder entender de mejor forma nuestras emociones y crear más fácilmente la realidad que deseamos.
?Por favor viste con colores claros ( no negro ), si es posible con una falda larga o hasta la rodilla para las mujeres, evita comer unas horas antes de la ceremonia, lleva una botella de agua y un cojín si quieres sentarte más cómodamente (opcional).
?️Evita el alcohol el día antes y el día de la ceremonia: hidrátate muy bien antes y después?.
?Si usas antidepresivos, sufres de diabetes o tienes algún problema con tu corazón, por favor avísanos.
?Este tipo de cacao no es recomendado para niños de menos de 8 años.

A trip to your senses.
Natural and organic cacao is completely handmade through a special ancestral recipe, it is very different from the chocolate you buy at stores.
Ceremonial cacao doesn’t have milk or sugar in it, in order to don’t cut its effects; it will make you feel happy, peaceful, energetic and thankful for life.
You will drink it during a sensorial meditation, when we will travel through the 4 Elements in our body... a trip through all our senses, accompanied by prehispanic and medicine music.
It is very important to set an intention to work on during the ceremony, cacao will help us reach our feelings and emotions easily, as it will increase our connection between heart and mind (it stimulates the thymus gland, on top of our heart, and the pituitary and pineal gland in our brain.) It will make easier to feel, think and express the same, in order to better understand our emotions and create easily the reality that we want.
? Please dress in light colors (not black), if possible with a long skirt or a skirt to knee for women, avoid eating a few hours before the ceremony , bring a bottle of water and a cushion if you want to sit more comfortably (optional ).
?️Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of the ceremony. You should hydrate yourself very well before and after the ceremony ?.
?If you use antidepressants, you suffer from diabetes or you have heart problems please let us know.
