About this Event

Create your newest Halloween decoration in preparation for the fall. This design invokes the halloween spirit while being versatile enough to be displayed or shown off all year round. It usually takes a lot of time to make a Temari ball. This 2.5-hour beginners workshop allows you to start with the most fun part, using a pre-wrapped/pre-divided ball. No experience is required. Come join us and let's have fun!

What is Temari?
Temari (手まり)is a folk craft originating from Japan around 1300 years ago. Traditionally made in the form of "hand balls" given from parents to children on New Year's day. They've become a popular and versatile gift item while remaining a refreshing toy for children to play with.
