In this innovative retreat, guided exercises will inspire your creative journeys and encourage new narratives. We’ll use mindful awareness practices and writing prompts to awaken truths you’ve been holding, and wanting to tell. Combine the art of paying close attention with writing that deepens every experience. Whether a seasoned writer or just beginning to play with words, all that is necessary for class is the curiosity to listen deeply to yourself, the desire to pay close attention to all that is around you, and a willingness to explore your imagination. Any sharing of class writing is completely optional.
