Join us for a powerful evening of poetry, spoken word, and community at the Tell Your Truth Poetry Open Mic! This event showcases two amazing featured poets, Cole Rodriguez and Art Collins, along with open mic slots for local talent.

About the Featured Poets:
🎤 Cole Rodriguez
A Boston native and internationally recognized spoken word artist, Cole Rodriguez has been a fierce competitor in the National Poetry Slam for six years. As a mother, teacher, and activist, Cole brings her heart and soul to the stage, performing at renowned venues like Cambridge's Lizard Lounge and Manhattan’s Nuyorican Café. Passionate about youth development, Cole works with universities, high schools, and alternative education settings to empower the next generation through poetry.
🎤 Art Collins
A Boston-based poet and educator, Art Collins believes in the transformative power of words. As co-host of the Lizard Lounge Poetry Slam and a former National Poetry Slam Team member, Art’s poetry is both entertaining and socially conscious. His work aims to provoke thought, inspire action, and reach global audiences. Art is also dedicated to youth development as a teacher in the Boston Public School system.
