Tell City Schweizer Fest Queen Pageant

The 2024 Schweizer Fest Queen Pageant will be held on Sunday August 4th. The categories will be as follows:

12 months - 23 months - Tiny Miss

24 months - 4 years - Toddler Miss

5 years - 7 years - Mini Miss

8 years - 12 years - Pre-Teen Miss

13 years - 16 years - Teen Miss

17 years - 22 years - Miss Schweizer Fest

Rules:

1. All categories will be judged based on formalwear. Ages 12 months through 7 years will not have any on-stage questions but will have interaction with the director(s).
2. Ages 12 months - 4 years of age CAN wear t-length or full length formalwear. These young ladies will be introduced by the director(s) and will show their charm.
3. Ages 8 years - 22 years of age are expected to have a full length formal gown that is age appropriate.
4. Ages 8 years - 22 years of age will have an introduction of not longer than 2 minutes.
5. Ages 8 years - 12 years of age will have a minimum of one on-stage question.
6. Ages 13 years - 22 years will have a minimum of two on-stage questions.
7. Ages 13 years - 22 years will have a business interview with the judges. Business attire is expected. Schedules will be give the week before the pageant.
8. There will be the opportunity for Miss Photogenic in each category. Picture is to be submitted a week prior to the Pageant and must be no bigger than a 5x7 with the name and age of the contestant on the back.
9. Depending upon the number of entries in each category - the directors reserve the right to split age groups as seen fit to make it a fair competition.
10. ALL pageant candidates will receive a T-Shirt for entering the pageant and a Goodie Bag compliments of Lulu's Prom and Bridal.
11. Cost for entry into the pageant is $25 for ages 12 month - 4 years. Age groups of 5-22 will be $35.
12. Each group will be crowned after their age group. We ask that only the winner in each age group stay until the end of the pageant for picture purposes.
13. There will be pageant practice the week prior to the pageant. We will have a time period for everyone to practice on the stage.
