During this presentation, we will explore the latest tax policy options currently under consideration, providing a comprehensive overview of the potential changes that could impact various sectors, and dissect the complex procedural hurdles that Congress faces as it navigates the legislative process. We will also analyze the timing and likelihood of congressional action, equipping you with the knowledge to anticipate and prepare for upcoming developments.

Synergizing M&A Tax and Valuation: Elections and Allocations

Join us for an in-depth exploration of how M&A tax strategies and valuation intersect, with a focus on purchase price allocations for asset acquisitions involving multiple legal entities. Among other relevant topics, we will examine the implications of acquiring a US entity with foreign subsidiaries, and the impact of how value is distributed across foreign geographies.
