About this Event
Teesworks is Europe’s largest regeneration project and unprecedented in both its scale and its impact on jobs and investment.
A guided tour of Teesworks is now being offered to allow the public to see the huge amount of work taking place at the 2,500-acre site.
You will be able to see the work which is transforming former steelworks site on the south bank of the Tees and the rapid progress being made transforming Teesworks into a green energy hub and national centre for Net Zero industries.
The tours will include key development sites including construction of the vast SeAH Wind monopile manufacturing facility and the recently completed Steel River Quay at South Bank.
It will also show the incredible transformation of the site, which is being prepared for developments such as Net Zero Teesside Power carbon capture project.
Please note that because Teesworks is a working development site, tours will be supervised and subject to strict health and safety protocols.
