Age Restrictions
Teens, ages 13-17
Description
Discover the characteristics of a well-made knife; how to care for your equipment; and how to position your hands to chop like a pro. After learning to slice, dice, chop, peel and julienne, our instructors will gather the results of your efforts and create a quick meal.
NOTE: you will focus on knife skills in this class and will not be cooking.
TEENS. For ages 13 -17.
Please escort your teen to the Cooking School where you will sign in. Teens will not be released from the Cooking School until the adult who signed them in returns to pick them up. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary so please ask your teen to dress in layers, with long hair pulled back, and in closed toe shoes.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
