Bring your teen for an invigorating introduction to Power Yoga! This flow will get them ready to practice in the Hot Room!This is the perfect way to build the foundation for learning how to tap into body awareness, breath, meditation and a deeper sense of self.
Watch your child connect in a community, make friends, build self confidence and self awareness.
Drop your teen off to flow in the Unheated Room while you sweat in the Hot Room! NOTE: this is NOT included in the cost of the Teen Yoga workshop.
DETAILS
- WHEN: Tuesdays from 5-6pm
- DATES: July 15th - August 19th
- WHERE: In studio in the Unheated Practice Room
- INVESTMENT: $75+hst for 6 week, works out to be $12.50 per class
- WHAT TO WEAR: dress light in something they can move in
- WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat (if they have one!), water, journal & pen
- WHO: teens ages 12-15 years
- Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
