About this Event
This 90-minute group workshop is designed for beginners ages 13-18 who want to build confidence in their fitness and incorporate weightlifting into their workout routine. CHOP physical therapists will teach the fundamentals of weightlifting, including the proper form and techniques to lift safely and effectively.
Registration
All participants must be free from injury and medically cleared to participate in group physical activity.
Tickets for this workshop are $50. Participants may qualify for a discount via a promo code. Please fill out this brief survey to determine your eligibility for the discount.
