Our volunteers can provide assistance with tech problems such as:
Setting up or troubleshooting email accounts
Using eReaders (help with apps like Hoopla and Libby)
Basic smartphone and tablet use
Connecting to Wi-Fi or printing from a device
Using Google tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
Basic help with social media or Zoom
General computer troubleshooting (saving files, resetting passwords, etc.)
