Teen Table Talk is a monthly series for teens (grades 8-12) to hear from diverse Jewish voices and engage in unfiltered conversations on topics that matter to them. This January, teens are invited on a flavorful journey into the world of Sephardic cooking! They’ll discover the rich culture of Sephardic cuisine through an engaging, hands-on experience making boicos (small cheese biscuits) with beloved community members Michelle Behar and Lisi Wolf.
Teen Table Talk is a unique series designed to bring teens together for raw, honest conversations and cultural exploration through a Jewish lens. In this session, we’ll dive into Sephardic traditions, share stories, and connect over food. Teens, get ready to roll up your sleeves, cook together, and dive into a rich cultural experience that’s as fun as it is meaningful. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, create, and savor the flavors of Sephardic cuisine.
