TEEN WILDLIFE CAMPLearn about rehabilitation and conservation during this once-a-week camp!
Students ages 12-17 will learn the inner workings of the rehabilitation center. Campers will help with the daily activities at the center, watch and learn about animal training, help create and give the ambassadors enrichment, learn about animal behavior, identify native and invasive plants, and more. Teens will learn about conservation efforts to protect our wildlife and how they can become advocates for native species in our community.
This camp will also prepare the campers for future internships in the wildlife fields.
Register for all camp dates, or choose the date(s) that work best for your teen!
Camp Dates: Wednesdays July 3rd, July 10th, July 17th, July 24th, and July 31st from 2PM - 4PM.
Location: Humane Indiana Wildlife Rehabilitation and Educational Center, 570 North 450 East Valparaiso, IN 46383
