For the 2025 Summer, Wonders by Women will be Hosting a Teen Running Club. This club was designed with the purpose of giving our teens a safe way to get exercise during the summer, by having them run in a group of other teens. Starting June 9th, Youth will meet on the porch of Wonders By Women at 5:55PM on Mondays and Fridays, and at 8:55am on Tuesday’s and Thursdays. The running will commence at 6pm on Monday and Friday, and 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Parents will be given a Map of the pre determined path these teens will be taking on their run.
If the youth have not returned to the store within an hour and a half of when they bean running, our store owner will drive along the path they were to take to ensure everyone is safe.
We do ask that parents of the teens participating fill our our form for contact information. Wonders By Women is not assuming responsibility for the youth in this running club . We are just providing a safe space for the youth in our community to meet up and organize themselves for safe summertime exercise. Youth will have access to a bathroom and water inside of the Wonders By Women store, as well as at the public parks the running path will go through.
