About this Event
Teen years are a powerful mix of discovery, challenge, and growth. Between shifting identities, increasing responsibilities, and the pressures of school, social life, and family expectations, it can be easy for teens to feel overwhelmed or misunderstood.
The Teen Process Group at The Center fosters a consistent and welcoming space where teens can be themselves without judgment. Facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, the group combines psychoeducation, creative expression, mindfulness practices, and open dialogue to support teens as they make sense of their experiences and learn healthy coping strategies.
The group supports a wide range of teens—including creative thinkers, LGBTQIA+ youth, and those feeling boxed in by expectations. It’s ideal for teens who are curious about themselves and seeking meaningful connection and guidance.

- Understanding brain development and behavior
