Think fast, take risks, and discover just how funny you can be! This four-day summer school holiday programme for teens by Blah Blah Blah Improv is all about building confidence, unleashing creativity, and learning how to shine.Across the week, you’ll learn how to make up hilarious scenes on the spot, tackle fears about performing, and play some of the legendary theatresports-style games made famous by the hit TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.
No scripts. No pressure. Just fun, connection, and loads of laughs in a supportive and inclusive environment. Many teens learn improv to boost audition skills or try comedy, while others use it to feel more confident socially or at school. Whatever your reason, we can guarantee* you’ll learn techniques that will increase your awareness and skills that could enhance other areas of your life.
You’ll explore how to:
• Embrace failure
• Stay present (and out of your head)
• Be a better listener
• Use “Yes, and…” to build on other people’s ideas
• Run with your first instinct
• Create whole comedy scenes from a small suggestion
• Be a supportive team player
• Build confidence and connect with others
So jump in, take the stage, and find your funny side this summer!
*Not a real guarantee — but you’ll have a brilliant time if you give it a go!
