Teen Girls Group at Aldinga Term 1 2026. Over 5 weeks, a 1.5-hour Wednesday sessions, girls aged 12–14 to explore friendships, self-confidence, and tools for managing stress in a supportive, nature-based setting. Through guided discussions, fun activities, girls will strengthen resilience, develop emotional awareness, and build positive peer connections to compliment navigating their early Highschool years. Outcomes are increased confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of identity and decision making.
Final session for a parent to join and grow their connection with their daughter.
