This 4 week social-emotional learning group supports high school students who are experiencing stress, worry, emotional overwhelm, or low motivation. The group helps teens build emotional regulation and stress-management skills in a calm and supportive setting. Each Session Includes:
•Brief check-in + grounding
•Psychoeducational skill or concept
•Yoga+ somatic regulation practices
•Sound-supported wellness + reflection
•Yoga mat and other supplies needed
Dates: February 3, 10, 17, 24, 2026
Time: 5:30-6:45pm
Registration fee includes all 4 sessions.
It is not appropriate for students with active safety concerns, recent psychiatric hospitalization, unmanaged behavioral concerns, or in acute substance use crisis. Must be able to walk up and down stairs to get to office.
