A supportive, judgment-free group where teens learn practical Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to:
- Manage intense emotions
- Improve relationships & communication
- Build healthier coping strategies
- Feel less alone in what they’re going through
Limited to 10-13 teens so everyone gets heard and supported.
Led by a clinician who is extremely passionate about this population.
When:Every other Thursday, 5:00-6:00PM (first meeting in December, runs through 2/26)
Where:Overland Park, KS (exact location sent after registration)
Cost:$50 per session (private pay, invoice provided for possible insurance reimbursement)
