Calling all teen writers who love telling stories, exploring ideas, and getting creative with words! This meeting is designed to encourage young writers to develop their creativity in a supportive, low-pressure environment. We’ll do a few age-appropriate writing exercises to spark ideas, then give teens time to work on their own stories, poems, or projects—whether they’re already writing something or just getting started.
What to Bring:
• A notebook and pen or a laptop/tablet
• A current writing project—or an idea you want to explore
• Curiosity, creativity, and an open mind
👨👩👧 For Parents & Guardians:
Parents are welcome to meet the facilitator before and after the meeting. You’re also welcome to stay and relax in the bookstore while the group is in session.
✨ This is not a critique group or class—just a fun, encouraging space where teens can write, try new ideas, and build confidence in their creative voice.
📌 Ages: 13–18
All experience levels welcome. No pressure to share—participation is always encouraged, never forced.
Let’s help the next generation of writers find their voice. 💫✍️
