Celebrate Free Comic Book Day at your library! Patrons can receive free comic books at the children's desk, adult reference, and during Teen Comic Con. Free Comic Book Day is possible through a partnership with Comic Masters, Whitehall, Pa.
Teen Comic Con, Drop-In Event
In honor of Free Comic Book Day, we are celebrating fandom at your library! We are embracing our love of gaming, cosplay (encouraged), and self-expression. So gather your guild and head to the library for all things pop culture. Refreshments will be served throughout the event, with crafting while supplies last.
*Note: no vendors will be present.
The event is open to all teens in grades 5-12 and will be a drop-in event. Except for the D&D One-Shot, teens can do whichever activity they want at any time.
Schedule of Events
10-11am – Video Game Hour (Mario Kart 8 on the Big Screen!)
11am-12pm – Crafting Hour: Comic art tote bag and button making while supplies last.
12-2pm – D&D One-Shot ***RSVP Required *** parklandlibrary.org/events
