About this Event
This group workshop helps teens find community and resources while navigating the difficult workd of social media, diet culture, and societal expectations. This is perfect for young people ages 13-18 that want to explore more ways to build confidence in themselves as well as being a an example to peers.

- Examining the language we use about bodies
- Micro-practices for body kindness, and body-activism
With Facilitator: Echo Taylor
Echo Taylor has been a fitness and wellness coach for over 15 years, and has gained extensive training in body image coaching through the National Eating Disorder Association and the Body Project. She brings her years of experience in working with clients in custom fitness and intuitive eating guidance, as well as her interpersonal experience helping clients discuss and navigate diet culture and societal pressures.
Echo has also spent years working with teens and young women while coaching gymnastics, highschool cheerleading, and fitness training for college athletes.
