The library is thrilled to announce the newest club for teenagers of Florence County, offering an exciting outlet for creatives and those seeking to explore art in its various forms.This monthly club for 6th to 12th-grade students provides a space to learn about art styles and techniques and to grow artistic skills in a safe, fun, and positive environment. Teens will be
introduced to and complete projects in painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpting, photography, textiles, and mixed media.
Near the end of each session, participants will have time to continue work on the previous month’s projects or to work on a personal project they’ve brought in.
Sessions will be held in the Joseph Stukes Meeting Room of the library on the following dates and times:
January 13th: 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
February 10th: 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
March 10th: 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
April 14th: 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
Registration for the event begins in December.
