Teen Art Class – Class DescriptionUnleash your creativity in our Teen Art Class, designed for artists ages 12–18! This weekly class offers a dynamic mix of instructor-led lessons and student-designed projects, giving teens the freedom to explore their interests while building strong artistic skills.
Class Meets:
Thursdays, 6–7 PM
Session Dates:
Session 1: January 22nd – March 12th
Session 2: March 19th – May 7th
(No class April 9th for Spring Break)
Students will experiment with a wide range of mediums, including watercolor, acrylics, drawing, and more. With both structured projects and opportunities for students to design their own artwork, this class encourages independence, creativity, and developing personal style. Student-led projects will be crafted under the close guidance of the instructor to ensure strong technique and thoughtful planning.
The class is led by Jaci Stuart, who attended the Governor’s School for Art and brings extensive experience in the fine arts. Jaci also owns a successful handmade business, offering students real-world insight into creative entrepreneurship.
