About this Event
TEDxHKU is back this year with the theme: Third Culture! The theme takes inspiration from the term "Third culture kid', which was originally a term that describes individuals who were raised in a culture outside of their parents' culture, or the culture of their nationality.
"Third culture" expands on this by removing the solely cultural and ethnic meanings of this term! The theme highlights breakthroughs in today's world that require traversing multiple fields or subjects to create a new "third culture".
The event will be held on 24th, February, 2024 at the HKU Yuet Ming Auditorium. The ticketing prices are as follows: HKD180, 200, 240. We will also be distributing a total of 60 EARLY BIRDS tickets at the price of HKD160. Get your ticket ASAP and come to have fun with us!
