This is designed as a drop in class, so you can join any night, or you can come for the whole series. Each week we will work through a combination of some of the following:
elements of strength/flexibility
skills drills
technique practices
solo movement to unlock
opportunity for expression & musicality
WHEN: Thursdays, 6-7:30pm (90 minutes!), (November 6, 13, 20, Dec 4, 11)
Prerequisite: None.
