No power strikes or spinning techniques
No sweeps, elbows, knees to the head
No striking downed opponents or unsportsmanlike conduct
No disobeying referee instructions

Clean, clear strikes
Rhythm & control
Balance & disruption
Effective technique & defense
10-Point Must System:
10 points: Wins the round
9 points: Close/decisive round
8 points: Not required
