Rules & Regulations
Fouls
1. No K.Os/ TKOs Allowed
2. No power or loading strikes ( will not be scored )
3. No sweeps, Vining or Hooking ( lifting the heel to sweep opponent )
4. No Cartwheel Kick
5. No Spinning techniques allowed ( hard to control the power and can lead to a K.O/ TKO )
6. No hyper extending opponents back during the clinch
7. No Unsportsmanlike conduct
8. No Elbows
9. No Need to the head
10. No push kicks or Teeps to opponents knee
11. No hip tossing or takedowns
12. Falling on downed opponent intentionally
13. Striking opponent when he is down
14. Not Following instructions of the Referee ( Break, Stop )
15. Spitting out mouthguard16. intentional groin strike
How to win
1. All strikes score the same
2. Clean and clear strikes
3. Rhythm
4. Control / Matt generalship
5. Balance 6. Disruption
7.Effective technique
8. Defense
Scoring / 10 Point Must
10 points - Wins the round ( Must find a winner each round )
9 points- Close round / decisive
8 points not required
