Q What's our cancellation/refund policy?
You can receive a 50% refund of the ticket purchase price when you email your cancellation to [email protected] by July 21, 2023. Amount will be refunded to the method of original purchase. After July 21, all tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer a ticket by no later than September 17, 2023.
Q What group discounts can I get?
Please note, during 2-FOR-1 Sales, "General Admission" and "Investor" bundle group passes are already 50% discounted and cannot be combined with other discounts or group rates.
We only offer group rates on "General Admission", "Investor", "Non-Profit", and "Student" Passes. Discounts are as follows:
Groups of 4-9: 15% off current ticket rate
Groups of 10-20: 25% off current ticket rate
Groups of 21-50: 35% off current ticket rate
Groups of 50+: 50% off current ticket rate
Group discounts with 10+ have to be pre-paid before tickets can be issued. Please email [email protected] for more details.
Q. How does TechCrunch verify a founder, investor, non-profit, or student pass?
TechCrunch reviews registrations to verify that the person is who they say they are, and that they booked an appropriate pass type. You will be notified via email if we need further information to verify your eligibility for a specific badge type.
Q. I need a letter for a visa application, can you help?
Yes, please email [email protected] for assistance with letters for a visa application.
Q. Can I transfer tickets?
If you need to transfer a ticket follow the Manage Your Registration link from your Disrupt confirmation email. You have until September 17, 2023 to transfer a ticket.
You can transfer your pass to another person before the conference starts by following the Manage Your Registration link on your Disrupt confirmation email. Once the conference begins on September 19, this functionality will be disabled and you will need to visit the help desk at Moscone West. Once a badge is printed, we cannot transfer the badge/ticket to another person.
Q. How can I update information on my ticket?
To update the information on your ticket click the Manage Your Registration link on your confirmation email. The information provided on your ticket will need to match your government-issued photo Identification Card and the information provided will be used on your badge during the event.
Q. Can I use the same ticket for multiple people? (ie share a single badge with team members/friends)
No, each badge belongs to one individual. We check IDs at registration and also at the conference doors every day.
Q. Help! I can't find my email registration confirmation.
If you're having trouble locating your ticket, search for an email subject line "Registration Confirmation to Disrupt 2023" in your inbox/spam/trash/promotions folder. If you're still having trouble locating your ticket, please email [email protected].
Q. Do you offer a single day ticket?
No, TechCrunch Disrupt does not have any single-day tickets available. All tickets are for all 3 days of the conference.
Q. I need an invoice , can you send me one?
Once you've purchased your tickets, you'll receive an invoice in your ticket confirmation email.
Q. Can I pay by Wire/ACH? Can I pay by check/cash?

Q. I Saw A Ticket Price Adjustment and/or Promotion - Can I take advantage of it on an already purchased ticket?
Suppose you receive a promotion/discount on a pass type you've already purchased. In that case, we will work with you to offer reasonable compensation provided your request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date and is in regards to a current promotional offer that applies to your specific ticket type(s) from TechCrunch.com. Cannot be mixed with other promotional discounts or offers, and we cannot compensate for offers made from third-party distributors.
