About this Event
What is it?
Join us for a festive social on Thursday 19th December in Edinburgh to celebrate everything the Edinburgh & Lothians community has achieved this year. Let your hair down, hang out with others in the community, and join in with the festivities: you deserve it.
There will be food, drink, games and music available and we look forward to celebrating with you.
What can I expect?
An evening of fun, celebrating our Community at CodeBase! We'll be spread over hotdesking and the Events Space, so whether you'd like to dance, sing or have a bit more of a quiet craft and chat kind of evening, we've got you covered. Festive jumpers are encouraged, but not at all required!
Where and when is this taking place?
Tech the Halls is taking place at CodeBase Edinburgh, 37a Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EL, on 19th December from 5.30pm onwards. Whether you want to say a quick hello or come for the full festivities, we look forward to seeing you! You can come for as long or as little as your schedule allows, but if you book a ticket then it helps us work out how much catering and mulling equipment we need.
Who will be there?
This event is open to all of our Community and Techscaler members - please feel free to also book a ticket for partners and pals if you'd like to bring a +1.
Registration
We ask everyone to sign up individually, so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend, this will allow us to prevent food waste by avoiding over-catering. Please cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend.
We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!
We also encourage everyone to sign up individually so we know of any accessibility requirements in advance.
