What We Will Do
We’ll work through the business scenarios for 3 different startups with different funding situations, and discuss how they might build and manage their product teams, what expertise will be required, what the costs involved will be and how to avoid common pitfalls.

3 Sessions
Our masterclass are made up of 3 sessions run over 3 months. While you can attend them individually, we recommend coming to them all for the best experience:

- The First 6 Months (Mon 12 June 6pm)
- Manage your Runway (Mon 3 July 6pm)
Workshop Leader
Mark Somerfield is an experienced technical leader and a veteran of several London-based startups (both successful and not-so-successful ones!). He currently provides consultancy as a fractional CTO, helping new businesses to navigate the pitfalls of taking a technical product to market.
