The Tech on Toast Brunch returns, this time in Bristol. We will be hosting operators from the southwest and Bristol area for 90 minutes of information sharing and networking.

We will be joined by the Chairman of Loungers & Cosy Club, Alex Reilly, and the co-owner of Oowee Vegan, Verity Foss.

Alex will talk to us about the challenge of getting people back through the doors and the external challenges that are now impacting the guest and the business and answer questions from the audience around this subject.

Verity will talk about how they are lowering prices, not increasing them in the face of VAT and rising costs, and are remapping their whole cost base to find savings to hand back to the guest.
