A popular lecturer and a role model for women in STEM, she is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and the science of the mind. Having navigated burnout firsthand, she now champions mental resilience and shares practical insights on staying sharp and balanced in a high-pressure environment.
📌 Mgr. Saskia Kováčová - a psychologist and founder of Psyché Balance in Košice, specializing in how stress, burnout, and neurodevelopment shape our mental resilience. As a certified neurodevelopmental and EEG Neurofeedback therapist, she combines neuroscience with real-world strategies to help individuals and teams thrive under pressure. With expertise in trauma-informed therapy, emotional regulation, and even psychedelic integration, she explores how our brains react to high-stress environments - especially in fast-paced fields like tech.
