Leading through change can be a double-edged sword - juggling the commercial and financial expectations with the need to invest in people and culture.
While formal change processes might be well understood, too many leaders neglect the all-important human side of change, and this is seen more than ever in the current aftermath of 2020.
We’re hosting an evening of conversation where, along with other key tech leaders, we'll share our personal experiences of the reality of trying to be a leader during a period of change. We want to create an engaging conversation about the lessons learned, the pitfalls along the way and, for many, the work still to undertake.
