Simon Berg
Simon Berg is an entrepreneur, investor, and lifelong advocate for creativity in business. For the past two decades, he has built and scaled companies at the intersection of technology and creativity. As the founder and longtime CEO of Ceros, he grew the company into a $55M ARR global leader in interactive content creation, raising over $100M along the way and navigating everything from hyper-growth to executive transition.

Since stepping away from Ceros in 2023, Simon has gone all-in on exploring AI’s impact on creativity—his true passion. He’s spent the last two years deep-diving into how AI can enhance, rather than replace, human ingenuity. His latest venture, Mallow, applies AI and neuroscience to mental wellness, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-first experiences.

Beyond his own startups, Simon advises founders, invests in early-stage companies, and shares insights on where creativity, technology, and business collide. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, two kids, and a giant, slightly ridiculous Bernedoodle named Chewy.
