Teatro SEA, the premier Latino children’s theatre, is performing at Hostos Center this spring!
In this hilarious and educational show for children, Teatro SEA reimagines the classic tale of Goldilocks, known here as Ricitos. Mr. Oscar, Mrs. Osaura, their little one, Oscarito, along with the over-curious, always-snooping Ricitos (Goldilocks), lead the audience on a comical adventure! As Ricitos encounters the three bears, she learns valuable lessons about responsibility, apologizing, and making friends. The performance is bilingual, simultaneously in Spanish and English.
Since 1985, Teatro SEA has delighted children of all ages through its combination of puppetry, music, dance and engaging storytelling, all the while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of NYC’s Latinx community.
En este divertido y educativo espectáculo para niños, Teatro SEA reinventa el cuento clásico de Ricitos de Oro. El señor Oscar, la señora Osaura, su pequeño, Oscarito, junto con la siempre curiosa y entrometida Ricitos, ¡guían al público en una aventura cómica! Cuando Ricitos se encuentra con los tres osos, aprende valiosas lecciones sobre responsabilidad, pedir disculpas y hacer amigos. La actuación se realiza simultáneamente en español e inglés.
Desde 1985, el Teatro SEA ha deleitado a niños de todas las edades a través de su combinación de marionetas, música, danza y narración cautivadora, celebrando al mismo tiempo la rica herencia cultural de la comunidad Latinx de NYC.
