Named for the since defunct minor league baseball team, the New Haven Ravens toe the line between hard rock and metal. Members Walker Destroismaisons, Brendan Galvin, Steve Hill, Jesse Labranche and Trevor White bring an eclectic array of influences to the table, incorporating sounds from bands like Lamb of God, The Sword, King Gizzard, Velvet Revolver, Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zeppelin. Fantastical themes of murderous witches, vengeful demigods, and evil spells blend with a sonic assault of guitar riffs, drums wizardry, and the haunting and brutal vocal stylings of Labranche. With ties to local staples Wolf Harbor, Strawberry Cheesesteak, Samsara, and Head With Wings, the Ravens are sure to be a New Haven favorite!
