Celebrate the season of love with a fun, festive twist!
Join Celebrity Pastry Chef Dawn of Ravy Cakes for our Team Valentine’s Cookie Decorating Competition, where creativity, teamwork, and a little friendly competition come together. Teams will be provided with a set of delicious cookies, colorful royal icing, and a variety of sweet decorations, then challenged to transform them into Valentine’s-themed masterpieces. From classic hearts to over-the-top love-inspired designs. You will have the opportunity to learn and practice a few cookie decorating techniques before the competition starts.
Judging will be based on creativity, presentation, teamwork, and how well your team captures the Valentine’s theme. Whether you’re in it to win or just to enjoy the sugar rush, this is the perfect opportunity to bond, laugh, and show off your artistic (and decorating) skills. May the sweetest team win!
Valentine’s themed Mocktails & light refreshments are included.

Meet Your Instructor:
Dawn Alston of Ravy Cakes, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, grew up in Northern Virginia where she started baking at the age of six. Dawn holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and has competed in many local baking events and in 2018 she competed on Food Network’s Wedding Cake Championship. All The Details:
- Age Level: 16+
- Skill Level: Beginner
- Each ticket includes 2 adults
- All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
- We will provide a box for each team to take your cookies home in
- The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
- If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
- Class requires a minimum of 2 teams and there is a maximum of 7 teams. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Class will run approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
