We are excited to offer a new school holiday program led by our dedicated Physiotherapists.We have 2 programs running:
Ages 9 to 12
Wednesday 02/10/2024 OR 09/10/2024 from 12:30pm - 2pm
Ages 5 to 8
Friday 04/10/2024 OR 11/10/2024 from 10am - 11:30am
This program will help your child to gain skills in:
Skill Development - enhance their motor skills, coordination, agility and overall fitness
Team Work and Social Interaction by developing skills in collaboration, communication and cooperation
Safety and Injury Prevention by teaching your child warm-up techniques, injury prevention strategies and the importance of maintaining good physical health.
Confidence by achieving personal goals, contributing to team success and building self-esteem.
cost approx $190 per session
