Round one, quarter-finals and semi-finals of the Team Knockout Cup. Each team is automatically entered into the draw and matches are best of 3 legs, 1001, double to start. Players can be substituted out after each leg should the team wish, however cannot be substituted back in again during the same match. Teams choose their own order.
