Join Mercer’s newest volunteer initiative, Team Garden to Table, where community, cultivation, and fresh food come together! This hands-on program invites volunteers to help grow and maintain our vibrant vegetable, herb, and fruit gardens on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Participants will gain practical gardening experience as they plant, tend, and harvest seasonal crops that support Mercer’s educational programs and initiatives. Whether you're an experienced gardener or just starting out, this team offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and make a meaningful impact in our community.
Dress for the outdoors, wear a sun-visor, and bring a refillable water bottle. Texas Master Gardeners may earn volunteer hours for participation. Come grow with us in 2026! Meet outside the Mercer Visitor Center.
