About this Event
We invite you to Team DJ's Annual Summer Party featuring a pig roast, adult field games, kid activities, splash pad, beach, playground, hike-bike trails, petting zoo, disc golf course, prizes, & more!
The event will be from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We plan to close the office at 12:00 PM on Friday, July 26th. You are more than welcome to stay later than 7:00 PM but the park does close at 10:00 PM.
The location of the event is at Kensington Park, South Martindale Beach - Shelter B. Physical address of the park is 4570 Huron River Pkwy, Milford Charter Twp, MI 48380 - there are two entrances that you can enter at. Note: this is a huge park so follow Martindale Beach signs accordingly or scan the QR code below to find the event!
You will be bringing your personal vehicle where you will collect a prepaid voucher upon check in at the gates; you should NOT be charged for a park entry fee. If there are any issues at the gate, mention that you are here for "DJ's Landscape Management Summer Party".
Note: This daily pass can be turned in for $10 off an annual pass if you wish. You can trade it in at the park office, or the next time you come through a toll booth. Please do not to discard the daily pass you receive from the park if you plan to utilize this discount/benefit!
Food & non-alcoholic beverages, prizes, and games are all provided by the company. If you would like, you can bring a dish to pass. It is not required but if you do decide to bring a dish, please contact Shannon at 734-412-5615.
Some things to consider bringing to park:
1.) Your spouse and children - please let Shannon know how many or RSVP through Eventbrite
2.) BYOB (beer or wine only, no glass or hard liquor per park regulations)
3.) Folding Chairs
4.) Swimsuit and towels
5.) Bike and/or rollerblades
6.) Boat - there is a boat launch where you can trailer in your boat and cruise Kent Lake!
7.) Disc golf items if you want to play
8.) Fishing rods and gear if you want to fish
Please note that we will be separating adult games and kid games for safety purposes.
