About this Event
Course Overview
We start with an interview that gives participants an opportunity to introduce themselves. Then they can share the feelings that have brought them to the workshop, and what they hope to get out of it. We build up energy by getting the group to think about what they are going to learn.
Topics covered in this course
Improving Communication Strategies
In this meeting, participants will analyze how some team player interactions inhibit project progress whereas others enable it. They will organise ways in which current inefficiencies can be observed and experiments conducted to increase workplace productivity.
Enhancing Collaboration Efforts
After attending this session, participants will be provided with knowledge on strategies that will help feed greatness in team performance. Gleaned from years of study on traits within teams, they will leave with greater knowledge of how to create environments where productivity soars and results excel. Team building never looked this good!
Effective Utilisation of Individual Strengths
This process enables members to learn what roles are available as part of the team structure, and which of these roles suit them and their possible skills. This leads to all members being able to be flexible in the event that someone is not available or has decided to focus on a different task.
Additionally, it encourages work together because a person who is good in for something would seek help from those who are available at the same time while they are working on a project. This would make efficient, as they can finish it with the help of other team members.
Strategies, for Resolving Conflicts
In this session about problem solving we will explore ways to identify the root of conflicts between the two parties. Also we will discover tools and techniques that can help reached agreements or at least mitigated consequences in case of time pressure. These techniques will be beneficial to interactions when there is disagreement. Let’s discussed about important tricks to collaborate!
Processes for Problem Solving
In brainstorming situations, it would be highly effective for the team to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable enough to offer suggestions – by being allowed, even encouraged to do so – which would speed up the problem-solving process, ultimately leading to maximum creativity with a high likelihood of a successful outcome (meaning every idea thrown out there has a higher chance of execution).
Conclusion of the Workshop
At the end of the course, participants can talk to teachers about what they have learnt, ask questions, and get ideas about how to apply this to practice.
