Course Description: PROFIT MATTERS! In an industry where it’s nearly impossible to know which real estate teams are *truly* making big money, versus just having a lot of team members or simply selling a lot of homes (while making very little profit,) it’s critical to follow proven models for constructing a team that attracts top talent, and just as importantly, retains them, without risking a hit to the bottom line. Having a clear blueprint for success, knowing what levers to pull, and also how to avoid the costly mistakes that most teams are currently making, is more important than ever.
Hint: If your gameplan to win, requires you to offer the best commission splits or hand out the most leads, you’re heading down a very unprofitable path.
In this class, you’ll learn:
- How to identify your ideal agent “Avatar” and create a value proposition that attracts them
- How to structure your admin, ops and marketing team to free you up for growth
- How to improve your public visibility for attracting top talent
- How to better identify who you should hire, and just as importantly, who you shouldn’t

- The “WHO” you should build your culture around, and how to do it
- How to develop top talent and keep them on-board for the long-term
Ideal Audience: Current Team Owners and Prospective Team Owners. This is an ADVANCED class that is intended to speak to a high-level audience around the strategic, logistical and financial mechanisms required for building a successful team. It is not intended for team members, yet solo agents who have the ambition and aptitude to eventually start and run a team are certainly encouraged to attend.

Full priced registrations cancelled before fifteen (15) days of the event are refundable, less a $15 cancellation fee plus the cost of materials if they can not be re-sold.
Registrations are fully transferable to another attendee. Contact the event organizer.
Registrants who do not attend, "No-shows", will not receive a refund.
All refunds and cancellations must be requested in writing to the event organizer.
