Team Belgium RDWC 2025 try-outsWe are pleased to invite you to the Team Belgium try-out on
5th May at VDP in Brussels from 17:00-20:00 Stade Vander Putten

Eligibility requirements are one of the following: Be born in Belgium, Have a parent or grandparent who is Belgian, Be a naturalized citizen, Have an address in Belgium for 5 consecutive years prior to the date of the tournament, Be married to a Belgian citizen AND Be eligible to participate per the WFTDA statement on gender https://community.wftda.org/resources/diversity-and-inclusion/wftda-statement-on-gender#:~:text=The%20WFTDA%20will%20actively%20work,identity%20will%20not%20be%20tolerated. We are offering three try-out dates to try and serve the largest group of Belgian candidates possible. You are welcome to come all 3 try-outs, and we would like to encourage you to come to at least two, if possible, which will aid in having a large enough amount of skaters to assess your skills. The minimum requirement would be to come to one try-out, of course.
If you are injured or otherwise unable to come to try-outs for a valid medical reason, you will still have a chance to be assessed for integration into the Team. Be aware that the cut-off for integration of new players will be approximately one year prior to the actual world cup date (which has still not been set, but is slated to be between July and September 2025). Please contact us to organize such an assessment.
If you are out of the country and are eligible to be a part of Team Belgium, please contact us for instructions on video submissions.
