Welcome to Urban Yoga's Tealing Tuesday - Yoga Fundraiser!
Come along to this supplementary April class - Spring slow-flow yoga class.
Expect a slightly different class to our usual Tealing Tuesday yoga - a shorter class, with a focus on slow, easy movements, and a longer, gentle guided relaxation.
All proceeds from this supplementary class will go to my half marathon Maggies fundraiser (on JustGiving) - with funds going to our local Maggies Centre in Dundee.
Class cost - donation on night (suggested minimum £5)
Let's come together to mark the passing of April's Pink full moon, engage in mindful movement and gentle guided relaxation - and make a difference while doing it.
