BOSTON’S PRUDENTIAL TOWER WILL SHINE TEAL IN SUPPORT OF OVATIONS FOR THE CURE OF OVARIAN CANCER
Please join us as OVATIONS FOR THE CURE participates in the
Annual 31 Nights of Light
Beginning in December, Prudential Tower will once again shine bright with the help of local community organizations. Ovations for the Cure has been chosen to flip the switch to light up Boston TEAL on December 16th as part of Prudential Center’s 17th Annual 31 Nights of Light program.
The top of Prudential Tower will beam TEAL in support of the women living with ovarian cancer, those who are thriving, as well as remembering the ones we have lost.
Ovations for the Cure’s patient programs are focused on improving the lives of women currently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and were created to provide support, hope, and comfort to those women, because we believe that programs help bolster patient morale, provide needed support, and inspire hope. Our programs include the Helping Hands Meal Program, Butterfly Bangle Gift Program, Butterfly Pen Pal Program, Annual Learning for Living Symposium – a day of hope and healing, Smart Patients ovarian cancer community, Savor Health Nutrition Assistant, and local Support Groups.
The 31 Nights of Light program was introduced in 2009 to celebrate local Boston-area organizations and draw attention to the great work they do in Boston and beyond. Utilizing a state-of-the-art LED lighting system, the top of Prudential Tower will change color daily to honor its 28 community partners.
