Clearview's long farming history will be featured and honoured at our upcoming Tea and History event March 23rd at the Creemore Station on the Green. A special thank you to our media sponsor The Creemore Echo!Hear stories and history from a number of prominent local farming families- the Milsaps, McArthurs, Metherals, Millers, and Timmons families through a panel discussion moderated by agricultural journalist William (Jim) Algie and Willie Waterton. Topics about how farming has changed over the years, the history of how these families' personal farms have changed and adapted, current challenges and opportunities, and what they see for the future that will preserve their family farms.
In addition to our panel discussion there will be a photo expose of people and memories.
