About this Event
Join Teachings by Tatiana, along with Miami Hiking Club, for a scenic morning plant identification hike! Together, we will learn tips and tricks for learning different plant species at the park, and use a variety of tools to take your learning to the next level. During this 2 mile hike, we will be on natural trails and a paved path, suitable for all skill levels.
Bring a water bottle, bug spray, hat, and comfy walking shoe. Optional, but encouraged: notebook or phone to take notes!
West Matheson Hammock Park: 9800 Old Cutler Rd, Coral Gables, FL 33156- Parking Pinned Here (dirt lot - carpooling is encouraged!) We will meet at the Old Cutler Hiking Trailhead at the south end of the parking lot.
