Learning Environment:

Experience an interactive, experiential, and caring learning space. Learn from your practice, guest lectures, and specific case studies. Come prepared to learn, have fun, and relax!

In Person & Online:

Choose between in-person sessions at Breathe Yoga Studio in Toronto or join via live streaming on Zoom. Attendance for the entire course is required.

Homework Assignment:

For Yoga Alliance certification, complete a homework project (approximately 5 hours).

Yoga Alliance Information:

This course meets the 20-hour Yoga Alliance CEU qualification. An additional fee of $75 is required for Yoga Alliance certification.
